Penn State Hersey Medical Center hired Fourth Economy to perform a program evaluation and strategic plan development. The process included an in depth review of critical research assets, programs, courses and an understanding of the regional market context in order to ensure alignment and relevancy between the regional market and course offerings. The effort further needed or present a competitive and compelling case for future investment into key commercialization and technology development resources within the school to ensure competitive position for the program and in an effort to recruit faculty.
