Unlocking Outdoor Recreation for All
Moderator Chris Perkins, Senior Director at Outdoor Recreation Roundtable, discussed the current landscape and what the pandemic has meant for outdoor recreation, especially in rural areas. Fellow panelists Jordan Katcher, Facilitator + Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah, and Marcus Shoffner, Founder of The Outdoor Inclusion Coalition, shared their thoughts on equity-focused, rural, and macro levels of partnership within the outdoor economy and outdoor recreation work. The panelists also tackled the tough questions outdoor economy leaders need to address.
