Fourth Economy is helping the Converse Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) develop a strategic plan for its Business, Retention, and Expansion (BRE) program. The current BRE program performs several visits annually, and the CEDC is looking to evaluate their process and impacts these efforts have had to date. The strategic plan will also make recommendations for improving its BRE program, identify additional resources that might be available to Converse businesses in the greater San Antonio region and larger entrepreneurial support ecosystem, and optimize its communications to the businesses they serve.
