Invest in the USA (IIUSA)
Economic Strategy
Fourth Economy is evaluating the economic impacts of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program post-2016. The analysis aims to quantify year-over-year contributions to U.S. GDP, labor income, and job creation at various levels, and assess the correlation between policy factors and the program’s effectiveness. Additionally, it compares the EB-5 Program with other federal economic development initiatives like New Market Tax Credits and Opportunity Zones. The study will consider the impact of policy instability, inconsistent processing times, and visa backlogs on attracting foreign investment and job creation in the U.S. economy, providing a comprehensive assessment of the EB-5 Program's economic contributions and challenges.
