As a first-generation college graduate, Sally understands the impact that Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) has on individuals and organizations’ access to capital and resources. She holistically incorporates DEIB principles in all of her work, and prioritizes solutions that equitably distribute the benefits of economic development. Sally is a Certified Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner. Fishing with her family and collecting books and records bring her joy.
